Kingdom Come Spectre
This was originally made for the Hall of Justice Kingdome Come Custom Contest. Everything under the robe is hot glue and a TicTac Bold container, with a very thin layer of sculpy (The crappy white kind, I didn't start buying the good stuff yet). This worked great at the time, but now a year or so later the glue has expanded and contracted with temperature changes causing the sculpy to crack.
