Harley Quinn
Harley was a custom I never really saw a real need to make... that is until Mattel put out their FANTASTIC JLU joker, who unfortunately is a full head shorter than BTAS Harley. Sooooo it made sense to me to make a Harley in scale with Mistah J. To make her eyes accurate i simple put drops of ivory paint over the existing eye/eyelid sculpt and resulting in a more open looking eye.
